This is a high scoring game and there was an absence of defense. James Harden helped Houston Rockets to get a crucial victory over Dallas in their opening game in bubble environment. Mavs is a young team and their young player did a great job in this game. It's a little disappointment for them to not take a win after very good lead in a game.
Both teams scored the same points in the first quarter but in the second quarter Dallas tops the Houston when they took 10 points lead after the first half. In the second quarter they scored 43 points compared to Houston Rockets' 33 points.
Total points scored combine by both teams in this game were 160 points and this is the record of last 20 season for highest scoring first half ever.
James Harden played a great in this game scoring 49 points with 9 rebounds and 8 assists and most importantly he did a great job from the defensive end he blocked a ball 3 times and stole a ball 3 times. Westbrook scored 31 points with 11 rebounds, 8 assists, 2 steal and 1 block.

In the 3rd quarter, 1:55 minutes left in the quarter Dallas had 14 points lead in the game. In the fourth quarter when 7 minutes left in the game Dallas had 11 points lead but they were unable to hold the lead. 1:47 minutes left in the fourth quarter, Houston Rockets made 9-2 run in 4 minutes which cut a lead to only 4 points. 45.5 seconds left in the fourth quarter, Kleber made a wide open 3-pointer which gave Dallas 7 points lead but Harden replied with a dip 3 pointer and cut a lead to 4 points when 40 seconds left in the fourth quarter. 5.2 seconds left in the fourth quarter Curry had a chance to seal a game when he was on the line to shoot free-throws but he missed one. 3.9 seconds left in the fourth quarter, James Harden drew a foul and went to free throw line when last free throw was missed by Harden it was rebounded by Robert Covington who put a ball into basket. What a huge play by Robert Covington!
In OT Dallas took early lead but Houston Rockets back with 5-0 run and took 1 points lead when 2:35 minutes left in the OT. 2:19 minutes left in the OT, James Harden once again drew a foul and scored a bucket, 3 points play for Harden and 8-0 run for Houston Rockets. 2:05 minutes left in the game Porzingis scored 2 points with a going on a line for free throws. He made 3 points and cut a lead to only one point. Once again there was Covington who scored 3 pointer which gave 4 points lead to Houston. Covington played many crucial moment in this game.
Houston Rockets registered their 41 win of the season. Now they are in the 5th place in the Western Conference and get more advantage over Dallas and OCK which gave Houston Rockets good position in the play offs if they maintained this position.
Eric Gordon missed this game due to an injury but House Jr who played in his position had a very good game who scored 20 points in the game with 5 rebound, 1 assist and 2 steal.
James Harden passes Calvin Murphy for Houston Rockets in the all time scoring list. Now Hakeem Olajuwon is only one who is ahead of James Harden in the scoring list in the Houston Rocket's jersey.
Houston Rockets turn a ball only 9 times compared to Dallas' 20 and Houston Rockets did a great job in stealing and blocking a ball. They made total of 22 combine blocks and steals compared to Dallas only 11. Dallas did a good job in rebounding a ball but it was not enough for them they made total 55 rebounds compared to Houston's 43. Both teams scored 40 3 pointer combined in this game.
