 Quatar played most of the second half with 9 players. Quatar hosted last world cup in 2022 but they lost all their three games. Ecuador to 2-0, Senegal to 3-1 and 2-0 to Netherlands. In the last game Quatar held Switzerland to 1-1 which gave them promising start but in the second game they failed to deliver that performance.

 

In the game Canada's midfielder Ismael Kone suffered horrific injury early in the second half who is key midfielder for them. It's going to be tough in the next phase of the tournament. Quatar midfielder Assim Madibo tackled him from behind in the second half, throwing Kone to the ground that caused a worst injury to Kone. Madibo sent off for the tackle on Kone.

In the extra time of the second half. David completed his hat-trick as he put a ball into the net with left foot.

 

It was a great victory for Canada in front of their home crowd where Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney was also present to watch his team.

This was the first goal for Mexico and only goal of the game.

A mistake from Korean goal keeper led them to loss. Czechia and South Africa's match went to draw. Now Mexico already qualify for round 32, This group become three horses race. South Korea has better Chance to qualify for the round of 32.

 

South Korea was better than Mexico in  this game. They had 57% possession in the game. More passes than Mexico with more pass accuracy. Korea has more corners with 2 and Mexico even didn't get one corner. Both team shot a ball 8 times each towards a goal where Mexio had 4 shots on target while Korea had only 2.

Football: Argentina's legendary footballer Diego Maradona passed away due to a heart attack on Wednesday. Maradona suffered a heart attack in Tigre, Buenos Aires after undergoing surgery to remove a blood clot from his brain earlier this month, according to reports.

He is arguably the best player ever live with Pele. Many said that Maradona and Pele are the best players of all time. 

Maradona gave Argentina the best gift in 1986 when he single handily won a Worldcup for Argentina. His "hand of God" goal will always be remembered.

Ronaldo scored 130 goals in 170 matches while Messi scored 115 goals in 143 matches at UCL. Messi achieved many awards and titles in his early career while Ronaldo achieved many titles and awards with Real Madrid. Ronaldo achieved all his titles and awards in the middle of his career. Now he is ahead of his arch-rival Lionel Messi in UEFA Champions League.   

Barcelona and Lionel Messi faced many problems in recent times. Messi nearly left Barcelona but Barcelona somehow manage to keep him. Suarez also moves to Athletico from Barcelona. So It will be tough for Barcelona to give their best in the next season. If Ronaldo and Juventus will play at full strength than they have a chance to top the group. It is always important to top in the group stage for any club at UCL.

Lionel Messi is one of the greatest football of all time. He plays for Barcelona from his childhood, Barcelona is the main reason for the development of the Messi as a footballer. Messi achieved many things with Barcelona and he gave many magical moments to Barcelona. 

But now all things look different for Barcelona and their captain Lionel Messi. Messi's decision to leave Barcelona put the whole football world in shock. Messi is frustrated with Barcelona after humiliating loss to Bayern Munich 8-2 in the UCL and they also lost La Liga title to their arch-rival Real Madrid where they are favorite to win a title and they also was top of the table when football resumed after coronavirus pandemic. Barcelona was not doing well in recent years. Messi declared his decision to leave Barcelona as per reports. 

Already Messi is 33 years old, There are many footballs left in him and which team doesn't want to sign Messi.

This means if Messi's decision to play with PSG is happening than PSG would like to get him but PSG's top priority would be defense, They would like to add more defense in PSG's team. 

Messi achieved many things under the Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola when he was with Barcelona. So Messi would like to play with his former coach who is best suited for him and his one of the best friends is in Manchester City- Sergio Aguero.

This all stats show how much Messi is important for Barcelona. If Messi will leave Barcelona and join other clubs like Manchester City or PSG or Mancher United than it would be great for those clubs which will sign him If this happens and he will leave a big hole in Barcelona.

Barcelona was humiliated by Bayern Munich at UCL with the 8-2 victory of Bayern at UCL. Bayern already favorites to win this game but not in this way with a team like Barcelona and players like Messi and Saurez.

3 minutes, Goal- Thomas Muller, Bayern Munich, Thomas Muller passed a ball to the Lewandowski and he passed a ball back to Muller. Muller finished with his left-footed shot in the right corner of the Barcelona net. No one was there to guard Thomas Muller.

7 minutes, Goal- Devid Alaba(OG), Barcelona, Alba tried to pass a ball to Saurez who was coming into the penalty area of Bayern but a ball was intercepted by Alaba who tried to clear a ball but it a ball went into the net of Bayern and OG for Bayern. it was an awful moment for David Alaba. Neuer had no chance at all to stop the ball going in a net. he just deflected it. 

9 minutes, Saurez had a chance to take a lead when he was one on one with Neuer he just has to flick a ball but he missed it because a good save made by Neuer.

10 minutes, Lionel Messi curve cross-shot just hit the post but before that Sergio had a chance to put that curve pass into a net but he missed it. What an opportunity missed by Barcelona.

21 minutes, Goal- Perisic, Bayern Munich, Gnabry took a ball to the Barca penalty area from the center of the field and passed a ball to Perisic who scored a goal with a left-footed shot. There was no one to guard him.

26 minutes, Messi with the good ball in on Barcelona player's header who missed a post by just a margin.

 

27 minutes, Goal- Serge Gnabry, Bayern Munich, another sloppy play by Barcelona in a defense. Goretzka made a lob pass to Lenglet who passed a ball to Gnabry. Gnabry took a ball and shot a ball with a lot of power. There was no chance for Ter Stegen.

29 minutes, Lewandowski had a great and easy chance to score but he missed a golden opportunity to extend their lead. A ball touched  Ter Stegen's right foot and deflected.

31 minutes, Goal-Thomas Muller, Bayern Munich, Kimmich passed a ball towards Muller who was in Barca's penalty area who put a ball with just a touch of his right foot.   

First Half: Bayern Munich 4 - Barcelona 1

In the First half, It was total domination by Bayern. They got many chances and made many attacks on Barca defends. Barcelona's defense was awful in the first half of the Game. Barcelona also got some chances to score a goal but they failed to do it.

57 minutes, Goal- Barcelona, Luis Suarez, There was Boateng to stop Suarez but Suarez flicked a ball and past Botend and then scored a clinical goal with his left foot. A masterclass goal by Luis Suarez. 

63 minutes, Goal- Kimmich, Bayern Munich, What a brilliant play by Alphonso Davis. he passed nearly half the Barcelona team and passed a ball to Kimmich who just had to put a ball into the net. An absolutely brilliant play made by this talented teenager named Alphonso Davis. 

68 minutes, Another sloppy play by Barcelona. Thomas Muller was in the post are and he put a ball near the penalty spot and there were no Barcelona players to stop a shot of Kingsley but his shot was barely deflected by Jordi Alba who intercepted a shot.

82 minutes, Goal- Robert Lewandowski, Bayern Munich, Robert Lewandowski registered his name on scoring shit. Lewandowski headed a ball into a net in which a passed is made by Semedo. 54 goals for Robert in this remarkable season. 

86 minutes, Goal- Philippe Coutinho, Bayern Munich, It was a bad night for Barca in the defense. it looked like they are doing defense in sleep. Coutinho put a ball into a net with 2nd touch on the ball between the legs of Pique.

89 minutes, Goal-Philippe Coutinho, Bayern Munich, Another Goal For Coutinho against his former club, and devastating loss for Barcelona. Coutinho came off the bench and scored 2 goals within 4 minutes. 

Now This season is called the worst season for Barcelona as they lost  La Liga's title where they were favorite to win the title before the resume of La Liga. Now in UEFA Champion League, They are out of it with a humiliating and embarrassing loss to Bayern.

Now Bayer Munich is in Top 4 in UCL and they have now big chance to win a treble this season. They tell the football world that no one can stop them after crushing victory over Barcelona. Whenever Barcelona faces Bayern Munich Always have an upper hand mentally. 

In this game, it looks like there is no Messi in a game and Barcelona's defense getting older. They had no chance against Bayern Munich's offense who scored so many goals this season. This is the first time Barcelona conceded four goals in the first half for the first time ever and Thomas Muller is the only player to score 6 goals against Barcelona at UCL.

Barcelona will face Bayern Munich to take place in the Semifinals of the UEFA Champions League. In the UEFA Champions League Barcelona has not good records against Bayern Munich when they faced each other in the UEFA Champions League. Barcelona lost 5 games to Bayern in the UCL and won only 2 games. 

They met each other in the UEFA Champions league 5 years ago where Barcelona won the first league of Semifinals with 3-0 and lost another semifinals 3-2 but advanced into the Finals with an aggregate of 5-3 and that year Barcelona won their last UCL title after that they were unable to do it again. 

Bayern Munich won their last UEFA Champions League title in 2013 when they beat Borrusia Dortmund.

 

Bayern is playing so great and Barcelona is not :

After a Long Time, These two teams will face each other in the UEFA Champions League. Bayern Munich already clinched Bundesliga and DFB Cup and now they will try to win UEFA Champions League to complete the Treble. Meanwhile, Barcelona lost La Liga to their arch Rival Real Madrid where they were favorite to win La Liga season after resuming a season but they played very bad and lost it. This season is not good for Barcelona and They will like to end their season by winning UCL title.

Bayern is in great form this season, Their unbeaten run extended to 27 games. RB Leipzig is the only team that was able to stop Bayern from scoring. Bayern scored 86 goals in these 27 games and giving away only 20 goals. Bayern won all their first 8 games in UEFA Champions League and they netted 31 goals in the competition. 

Messi is not the one who used to be and Robert Lewandowski is superb for Bayern 

Robert Lewandowski did a great job this season for Bayern Munich, He scored 53 goals in 44 games for Bayern Munich. In UEFA Champions League, Robert Lewandowski scored 13 goals, 3 goals more than second numbered Erling Haaland. In Bayern match u against Chelsea, Robert Lewandowski involved in all 7 goals where they won fixture by 7-1. Robert Lewandowski scored three goals in games against Chelsea. 

Messi scored many goals this season for Barcelona in La Liga where they lost the title to Real Madrid. Messi scored only 3 goals in this year's UEFA Champions League which was lowest by him. Messi scored 31 goals this season and assisted as many as 27 times in all competitions. Lio Messi scored 25 goals in La Liga.   

Sergio Busquets and Arturo Vidal will be back from suspension and their star defender Umtiti is injured so he will miss. Dembele is back in training with Barcelona. 

Battle Between Goalkeeper: Neuer or Marc-Andre Ter Stegen

Neuer is already 34 years old and he is playing his best football at this age. In Bundesliga Neuer have most clean sheets with 15. 

Marc-Andre Ter Stegen also have14 clean cheats out of 36 games which is a very good thing for Barcelona. 

Bayern supporting cast doing a wonderful job this season where Thomas Muller made 21 assists this season only Lionel Messi is the one who is ahead of him in assist. 

For Barcelona, There are many stars in their line up who can give a win to Barcelona on their given day but they are not in a great form this season which could trouble Barcelona. 

The good news for Barcelona is that Messi played like his old self in a game against Napoli.

Barcelona won its first game in style and now they played at home after resuming La Liga season against Leganes.  After 101 days game played in the Barcelona Stadium Camp Nou. They won the match 2-0 with the help of Lionel Messi and Ansu Fati.

In the last match, Barcelona won against Mallorca 4-0 and it was a dominance performance by Barcelona. 

Messi registered 699 goals for Barcelona and his national team Argentina. He scored 629 goals for Barcelona and 70 goals for Argentina. Barcelona won consecutive 39 games without any loss at home. 

12 minutes, Leganes nearly score when Roque Mesa made a headed pass to the open man Guerrero, Guerrero had so many spaces to shoot a ball and he manages to shot a ball into the net with his right-footed shot, his shot passed Ter Stegen but Lenglet blocked the ball and gave Barcelona slight relief. 

13 minutes, Miguel Angel Guerrero's right-footed shot hit the right side of the post-it was inch away from scoring a goal. It was Roque Mesa who put a ball in that position.    

42 minutes, Goal Ansu Fati. Fati made some cuts, turn and hit a ball with his right foot, and the ball went into a net. A stunning goal from a young talented player.

50 minutes, Lionel Messi won a free-kick and he took a free kick with the left foot but it was saved by Leganes Goalkeeper.

54 minutes, Roger Assale's right-footed shot was stopped by Ter Stegen. 

64 minutes, Antoine Griezmann scored a goal with left-footed touch but it was overturned after a VAR review. He was just offside.  

67 minutes, What a run by Messi he passed so many Leganes players, made an awesome run, and drew a foul. Messi didn't miss this golden opportunity and scored a goal by putting the ball into the bottom right corner of the net. Leganes Goalkeeper jumped to the left side to stop the ball.   

82 minutes, Carrillo right-footed shot just missed a post, A ball passed to him by Kevin Rodrigues.  

88 minutes, Riqui Puig shot was blocked by Leganes' goalkeeper. 

Not a great performance by Barcelona but it was enough to take a win at home. Leganes had many chances to score a goal but it all blocked and saved by Barcelona. There was not good play by Barcelona from the defensive side.  

Barcelona dominated the game in the possession by taking a ball 75% in their feet.
