NBA: Kyrie and James Harden's help was not enough to beat Sexton's Cleveland Cavaliers.

NBA: Brooklyn Nets lost their second consecutive games against Cleveland Cavaliers. In the last game against Cavs, they had all their 3 stars despite that they lost to the Cavaliers in 2 OTs. Cleveland Cavaliers young point guard Sexton scored career-high 42 points in that game.


Once again Collin Sexton played a huge role to get a second consecutive win against the Nets as he scored 25 points with 9 assists. Jarrett Allen had a great game, He was superb at the rim on both ends- offensive and defensive. Cavs dominated the paint with the help of Larry Nance Jr., Andre Drummond who scored the 13th double-double of the season, and Jarret Allen.

Cavs out rebound Nets with 50 to 29. The Nets felt a huge absence of Kevin Durant at the rim. Kevin Durant did not play in a game because of some injury issue. Cavs got 32 free throws in the game where they made 27 out of them. Nets attempted 43 3-pointer in the game and made only 14 out of them which is not a very bad number but also not a good number for them with the shooter like James Harden, Kyrie Irving, Joe Harris, Green, and Shamet. 


Kyrie Irving scored 37 points in the last game against Cleveland Cavaliers where they lost to them in 2 OTs. James Harden scored his 4th double-double in his first four games for Brooklyn Nets. 


For Cleveland Cavaliers:


Andre Drummond scored 19 points with 16 boards Nance Jr. scored 15 points with 10 boards. Collin Sexton added team-high 25 points with 2 boards and 9 assists. Garland scored 11 points, Former Nets player Taurean Prince added 14 points. Jarrett Allen added 19 points coming off the bench.


For Brooklyn Nets:


Kyrie Irving scored game-high 38 points with 1 board and 5 assists. James Harden added 19 points, 5 boards, and 11 dimes in 37 minutes of play in a game. Jeff Green added 13 points Cabarrot added 11 points. These are the four players for the Nets who scored in double-figure.
