Houston Rockets stunned the Lakers with their performance in a game. Laker's weakness exposed in this game where they are not good at playing against a team with very good guards.
Rajon Rondo made his debut for the Lakers in the playoff who missed the last round series against Portland Trail Blazers due to the thumb injury where he broke it in July.
The biggest issue for the Lakers is that LeBron James was not as himself as in the playoffs. He was unable to score even one point in the fourth quarter. LeBron James showed some highlight play in a game where he made a sequence play by blocking Russell Westbrook's dunk at the rim, Russell is a very athletic player and very few players could hand with Russell but LeBron did it and after that, he scored and drew a foul for one point through Covington a full sprint.

First Quarter
8:49 to go in the quarter, Antony Davus put a ball into the bucket on LeBron James pass. James Harden scored over McGee when 7:36 to go in a quarter with a touch of glass to tie a game at 12-12. 3:57 remaining in a quarter, James Harden nailed a 3-pointer to get 4 points lead in the quarter. Rajon Rondo finished with the 3-pointer at the end of a quarter to cut 4 points lead to 1. Houston took quarter with a one-point lead.
Second Quarter
9 minutes to go, Covington made a deep 3 to give 5 points lead to the Rockets. 8:34 remaining, Alex Caruso made a cross-cut pass to LeBron James who finished with a heavy dunk with a foul. What a dunk by LeBron. 7:23 to go, James Harden finished a layup which gave 7 points lead to the Rockets. Green stole a ball from James Harden and scored a bucket with a dunk to cut a lead to 2 points. Rondo tied a game at 52-52 with his floater with a touch of glass. 13.3 seconds to go, James Harden 3-pointer gave 8 points lead to the Rockets.
Third Quarter
This was the highlight play of a game, Rissell Westbrook was one on one against LeBron James and He tried to finished with a dunk at a rim but LeBron James matched him and blocked his shot with two hands. After a block he took a block he finished on the other end by drawing a foul on Covington. 7:30 to go, Once again LeBron tried to block James Harden's dunk but he was unable to block it which gave 6 points lead to the Rockets. Houston got 6 points lead after the third.
Fourth Quarter
10:52 to go, Eric Gordon scored a 3-pointer on Russell Westbrook's dime for 8 points lead to the Rockets. 9:51 to go, Russell Westbrook nearly scored a bucket but LeBron James was there to block it with a punch on a ball. Just over 9 minutes to go, Russell Westbrook drained a 3-pointer which gave 15 points lead to the Rockets. 7:15 to go, Harden with a dance on a Lakers' player and finished with a floater drawing a foul on Anthony Davis. Rockets got 19 points lead in a game. Lakers were unable to score even a single point in 4:10 minutes before 7:05 remaining in a quarter. Houston Rockets made a 14-0 run in that time where the Lakers missed all of their shots.

Los Angeles Lakers' Scorers
Anthony Davis scored team-high 25 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. LeBron James scored 20 points in a game with 8 rebounds and 7 assists. He made some highlight plays in a game but it wasn't enough to give a win to the Lakers. Caruso scored 14 points in a game. Green added 10 points.
