It's not good news for Milwaukee Bucks that Giannis hurt himself in a game 4. He played only 11 minutes in a game but he scored 19 points with 4 rebounds in a game. It was Middleton who saved a day for Milwaukee Bucks and keeps alive their hope to stay in a series. No team comes back from the 3-0 deficit in 7 game series.
3-1 deficit is nearly possible to win with it. Denver Nuggets did this in the Western Conference's first-round match-up. They were behind 3-1 and they won a consecutive 3 games to win a series. It is not impossible to win 4 consecutive games in the playoffs. Last season Toronto Raptors won 4 consecutive games and won a title. The only issue with Milwaukee Bucks is that how is their superstar Giannis' injury.
Giannis Antetokounmpo injured his right ankle when 10:18 minutes remaining in the second quarter. It was a huge blow for Milwaukee Bucks but they kept their composure in a game to get a win. Middleton scored 22 points which are Bucks playoff-high in the third quarter.

Miami Heat started a game with a 10-2 run. Both teams missed many shots in the first quarter of the game. Miami heat got a maximum of 12 points leads in the first quarter. Before Giannis made a 3-pointer Milwaukee Bucks missed their last 7 3-pointers in the first quarter. Miami took 9 points to lead after the first quarter.
Korver's 3-pointer cut a lead to only 2 points for Milwaukee Bucks. Milwaukee Bucks made a 7-0 run in the first minute of the 2nd quarter. Giannis tried to score with a layup but he injured on that play. Both teams were scoreless for the 2 minutes until Lopez scored a bucket and drew a foul. Bucks outscored 16-7 in the first 7 minutes of the second quarter. Hill made 3 with that Bucks took the first lead of the game. Bucks outscored Miami with 28-17 as they overcome 12 points deficit and took a lead of 2 points after the first half.
Both teams exchanged the lead in the third quarter. No team was able to take a big lead in the third quarter. Whenever Heat tried to extend a lead Milwaukee always able to cut that lead within reach in the third quarter.
Miami Heat got 8 points lead in the fourth quarter of a game when 8:40 to go in the quarter but Bucks once replied with their 12-0 tun to take a lead just under 4:27 to go in the 4th quarter. Bucks made 12-0 tun to regain the lead. Dante had a chance to win a game in the fourth quarter for the Bucks but he missed one of his 2 free throws to tie a game.

Herro's 3-pointer cut 4 points Bucks lead to one point in OT but Middleton's 3-pointer took that lead back. Once again Herro made a 3-pointer to cut a lead to one point when 3 seconds to go in the OT. Middleton made 2 clutch free throws and get a game. Middleton scored 9 points in OT for Milwaukee Bucks from a total of 11 points.

Khris Middleton was the top scorer for Milwaukee Bucks and he helped his team to stay in a series in the absence of their star player Giannis. Middleton scored 36 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists, and 2 steals. Giannis added 19 points. Bledsoe dropped 14 points with 10 boards and 6 assists. Lopez scored 14 points with 5 boards and 2 dimes. Hill made 12 points and Dante scored 10 points coming off the bench.
