Denver Nuggets shocked everyone with a stunning victory over the Clippers in the Western Conference finals. This season everyone predicted that the Clippers will have a better chance to win a championship but Denver Nuggets came in their way and put them out of this championship run.


Denver becomes the first team to overcome a 3-1 deficit in 2 consecutive playoff series. One again Utah Jazz in the first round and second against the mighty Clippers. 


Now Denver Nuggets will face another heavy favorite team in the finals, Los Angeles Lakers. This series will be a series of bigs- Anthony Davis and Nikola Jokic. It will be a great match up one who is lazy but have the ability to make great plays that can turn a game(Joker) and one who is one of the best shot blockers and best talent with every ability what basketball player seeks(Davis).


Denver Nuggets Strength


Denver's Duo, Jamal Murray, and Nikola Jokic


Jamal Murray was superb in a series against Utah Jass as he helped his team to make it into the next round with big scoring games.  Jamal Murray averaged 31.6 PPG with 5.6 rebounds and 6.3 assists in that series meanwhile Nikola Jokic averaged 26.3 PPG with 8.1 rebounds, 5.4 assists in a series against Utah Jazz.


When Nikola Jokic and Murray played at a high level than their team's chances to win a game. It's hard to predict Nikola's play and Jamal Murray is doing a great thing in a shadow of it. He takes away the game with his shot-making abilities. He doesn't shoot many last moment shots but he shoots important shots at the right time. 


Nikola Jokic has the ability to read a game and it's hard to guard him. He has one of the best abilities like LeBron James to assist a ball at right time at the right moment. Jokic is the best big in a game with great passing ability. 


Michael Porter Jr and Gary Harris are the keys in every series of the postseason if they will be good at decisive plays than it will be tough for the Opposition Team to handle Denver Nuggets. 


Denver Nuggets Bench:


Denver Nuggets have a very good bench, not the best but good. They can turn around any game on that day. 


Denver's Weakness 


If one of the Denver's Duo will fail to make a big score in a game than they have very little chance to win a game. Denver Nuggets is a young team and they don't have any experience to play in any finals.


Los Angeles Lakers Strength

Anthony Davis and LeBron James are the biggest factors in the Lakers' success. But they have other players like Danny Green, Rajon Rondo, McGee, and Dwight Howard who already faced this kind of situation. LeBron James, Danny Green, Rajon Rondo, and McGee already won an NBA title in their career. 


Lakers Length, Bench, and Mind


Lakers have big players like Anthony Davis, Javal MaCgee, Dwight Howard, and LeBron James who can protect a rim very well. Lakers are one of the best shot-blocking teams in the NBA and defensive team. 


Lakers bench players are very good, They are playing every game with high intensity as they never want to lose a game. Alex Caruso, Rajon Rondo, and Kyle Kuzma will be a key against Denver Nuggets.


Lakers have 2 players who have one of the best IQ in the NBA- LeBron James and Rajon Rondo and both are playing as the facilitator of the ball. So Lakers' offense will run very well. Both have experience playing on a big stage. 


Lakers Weakness


Lakers have a very good team with players who complement each other very well and fill each other's weaknesses but the issue is that they are going cool sometimes and chocked when needed a  most in a game to make big plays. They have always faced a problem against a with high accuracy. 


Which team has a better chance?


Los Angeles Lakers have a better chance to make into the NBA finals. Denver Nuggets have a 35% chance to make it into the finals with the Confidence they have and if they played every game at a high level.

2019-2020 All NBA teams announced LeBron James and Giannis make a unanimous first-team selection. 


LeBron James makes a record with the selection of this year's all NBA Team. This is LeBron James 16th selection in all NBA teams. This is the most of all time, Other legends like Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Kobe Bryant tied with 15 All-NBA selection. LeBron James selected 13 times in first-team which is also a record.


LeBron teammate Anthony Davis selected in the team, James Harden and Luka Donic are the other stars to make into the All-NBA First team. Luka also joins legends like LeBron James, Tim Duncan, Kevin Durant, Rick Barry, and Max Zaslofsky to make it into the All-NBA first team at year 21.


LeBron James and Anthony Davis make some history as they selected in All-NBA First team as a teammate, before them Steve Nash and Stoudemire did this in 2006-2007. Kobe and Shaq duo achieved this feat in 3 consecutive years from 2001-2004. 


Bradley Beal becomes the only player in NBA to average at least 30 points and 6 assists per game and snubbed from All-NBA Team.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks 


Giannis Averaged 29.5 PPG, 13.6 RPG, 5.6 APG, 1 SPG, and 1 BPG. He led his team to achieve the best record in NBA this season with a record of 56-17. Giannis also won the Defensive Player Of The Year award this season.  


Anthony Davis, Los Angeles Lakers :


Anthony Davis scored 26.1 PPG leads the Lakers in scoring with 9.3 RPG, 3.2 APG, 2.3 BPG, and 1.5 SPG in this season. This is Anthony Davis' 4th-time selection in All-NBA First team. Anthony Davis comes in second after Giannis in the Defensive Player Of The Year award.


Luka Doncic, Dallas Mavericks


Luka is one of the best young talents and at this age to make it into the All-NBA First team is something for any young player with big names in NBA. He averaged 28.8 PPG, 9.8 RPG, 8.8 APG, 1 SPG, and 0.2 BPG. Luka becomes the sixth player in NBA history to earn a place in All-NBA First Team. 


James Harden, Houston Rockets 


James Harden averaged 34.3 PPG, 6.6 RPG, 7.5 APG, 1.8 SPG, and 0.9 BPG this season. James Harden made it into the All-NBA First Team for the fourth season in a row. This is his 6th first All-NBA First Team selection.

Bam Adebayo is the first player to block a shot on a potential game-tying or go-ahead dunk final minute of the playoff game since play-by-play began in 1997. Jimmy Butler made a clutch play and Bam Adebayo made a clutch block to give a win to Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference finals on Tuesday night.   


Tyler Herro's name is making in upcoming days. He becomes a second player after Magic Johnson to put a number of 12 points, 11 rebounds, and 9 in a conference game finals before his 21st birthday. 


First Half

Boston Celtics took 8 points to lead in the first five minutes of a game. 5:12 remaining Boston Celtics took a lead of 11 points in the first quarter. Boston once got 13 points lead in the first quarter.  5:59 remaining in the second quarter, Jimmy Butler scored a bucket and drew a foul. Jimmy Butler missed free throws, Heat took one point to lead in a second quarter. Miami Heat made a 17-4 run in 3:11 minutes of a quarter when just under 6 minutes remaining in a quarter. 3:13 in a second quarter, Adebayo's jumper gave 5 points lead to 

Miami Heat. Jaylen Brown made 3-pointer on Daniel Theis assist to tie a game at the end of the second quarter with 55-55. 


Second Half


In the 3rd quarter, Boston took the lead of 1 point with Kemba Walker's 3-pointer. After this, both teams exchanged some leads. Boston Celtics made a 13-2 run in the last 2:20 minutes of the third quarter. After this run Boston Celtics took the lead of 12 points in a game. 


Kemba Walker started the 4th quarter with a stepback jump shot to take a lead of 14 points in a game. Miami Heat cut a lead to 4 points by making a run of 19-9 in 5 minutes when 6:32 left in the 4th quarter. Boston extended their lead to 7 points with Smart's 3-point jumper. 1:09 left in the 4th quarter, Boston Celtics had 5 points lead but Tyler Herro and Jimmy Butler's 3 points play gave 1 point lead to Miami Heat. 38.2 second left in the 4th quarter, Crowder blocked Kemba Walker's shot which could extend a lead of Boston. Jayson Tatum tied a game with a free throw but missed a 3-pointer and missed a chance to give victory to the Celtics. 


Boston Celtics started a quarter with a 4-0 run. Bam finished a play on a superb assist by Herro when 2:10 minutes left in OT. Before this Crowder made a 3-pointer. Miami Heat made a 7-0 run in 1:39 minutes to get 3 points lead. 23 seconds to go in OT, Kemba Walker made a step back jump shot to give 1 point lead to the Celtics. Butler downhill on Tatum into traffic and got a bucket also drew a foul. JimmyButler made a free-throw to take 2 points to lead when 12 seconds left in OT. Jayson Tatum past Jimmy Butler to score a bucket with a dunk and he already tied a game with his dunk attempt but Adebayo was there to stop him from scoring a bucket. This was one of the best defensive plays in the NBA. Bam Adebayo scored 1 free throw to seal a game with 117-114.


Miami Heat took a game with 2 decisive plays, One from Jimmy Butler on the offensive end and one from the Bam Adebayo from the defensive end.

Dragic scored team-high 29 points with 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and a block. Jimmy Butler scored 20 points, 5 boards, 5 assists, 2 steals with one game-winning shot. Bam Adebayo scored 18 points with 6 boards, 9 assists, 1 steal, and 2 blocks with one game-winning block.


Bench Players


Herro was one assist away from scoring a triple-double in a game. He scored 12 points with 11 boards and 9 dimes. Iguodala and Nunn scored 3 points each. Olynyk scored 4 points.  



Boston's Scorer 


Jayson Tatum dropped 30 points with 14 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocks. He had a great game on both ends but he missed some chances in a game at crucial moments. Marcus Smart added 26 points, 3 boards and 1 assist. Walker added 19 points with 3 boards, 6 assists, and a block. Jaylen Brown scored 17 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and a steal. 


Bench Players


Wanamaker made 11 points with 3 rebounds, 6 assists, and 5 steals in a game. Ojeleye added and Kanter added 2 points. Williams scored 3 points coming off the bench.

Nuggets make a historic comeback in a back to back series. Against Utah Jazz they made a come back in a 7 game series with going down to 3-1 and they had the same condition against the Clippers as they fall behind 3-1. But in both series they made a come back with 3 consecutive games and win a series. Now Denver Nuggets send a message to the Los Angeles Lakers that They are not an easy team to face. 


Los Angeles Clippers falls to the Denver Nuggets thanks to Jamal Murray, Nikola Jokic, and the team effort from other players. The Clippers curse continues to not making into the conference finals. Denver Nuggets makes the first Western Conference  Finals since 2009. 


Nuggets become the first team in NBA history to come back from 3-1 down twice in the same season. Paul George and Kawhi Leonard were played very bad in the fourth quarter, They were 0 from 11 and 0 from 7 in 3-PT FG and not able to score even a single point in a game.  



Quarter 1


Already half of the time passed in the quarter both teams were able to score only 11 points. Jokic drew a foul for 2 free-throws and he made both free throws when just over 5 minutes to go in a quarter. 4:33 remaining in a quarter, Nikola Jokic made a play just as a point guard does. He scored a bucket and took a lead for Nuggets.  3:43 to go, Jamal Murray made another great play as he made a shot from the baseline. 3:15 left in a quarter, Shamet injured himself. 1:17 left in a quarter, Nikola Jokic grabbed an offensive rebound and scored a bucket for 5 points lead to the Nuggets. Los Angeles tied a game with a last made shot of a quarter.


Quarter 2


Clippers started a quarter with 3 points play as they took a lead of 3 points in a quarter. 10:07 to go, Kawhi Leonard made a 3-pointer which gave 6-points lead to the Clippers. 9:40 left in a quarter, Green made a longe range shot and the Clippers got 9 points lead in a game. 9:13 to go, Lou Williams made a beautiful slip pass to Harrell who finished a play with a two-handed jam, Clippers had 9 points lead. 6:19 to go, Kawhi Leonard drove through the bucket and hammered a rim with a throw down. 5:49 to go, Paul George with a bucket and drew a foul for 3 points play but he was unable to convert free-throw. Under 5 minutes remaining in a quarter, Kawhi Leonard banged a 3-pointer, Clippers had 10 points lead after this play. Clippers got 12 points lead in a quarter but Harris cut it 9 points with his 3-pointer. In the last 4 minutes of a quarter, Denver Nuggets made a 13-5 run which cut a lead to 2 points. Once again Clippers blew a big lead. Jamal Murray was superb in the quarter as he scored 20 points in the quarter and 25 points in the first half. 


Quarter 3


10:53 to go, Beverley with 3-pointer led Clippers to 7 points lead in a quarter. 8:56 to go, Grant knocked down a 3-pointer for 1 points lead. 8:22 minutes to go, Jokic with elbow jumper for 2 points and he made it. In the first 6 minutes of the quarter, Denver Nuggets made a 16-7 run for 7 points lead in a game. 4:02 remaining, Millsap hit second 3-pointer which gave 9 points lead to the Nuggets. 2:58 remaining, Paul George made a 3-pointer to cut 9 points Denver lead to 6 points. 2:42 to go, Joker got a triple-double in a game with an assist to Jerami Grant who finished a play with a dunk.  Once Denver Nuggets were 7 points behind in the starting of a quarter and at the end of a quarter, they got 8 points lead.


Quarter 4 


In the first 2 minutes of a quarter, both teams were unable to score any points until Jamal Murray made a bucket. Denver Nuggets made a 7-0 run in the first 3 minutes of a quarter to take 13 points to lead in a game. Denver Nuggets were able to get 15 points lead in a game when Nikola Jokic made 2 free-throws and 3:02 to go in a quarter. Denver with 18-6 run in the first 10 minutes of a game to get huge 20 points lead in a game when just 2 minutes remaining in a quarter. Denver Nuggets totally outscored Clippers in the third and 4th quarters in a game. Denver Nuggets got a dominating victory over the Clippers with 104-89.


Now Denver Nuggets will face another LA team in the Western Conference finals.

Jamal Murray dropped 40 points with 4 rebounds, 5 assists, and a steal. Nikola Jokic added 16 points with a huge amount of boards 22, 13 assists, 2 steals, and 3 blocks with +22 ratings. Harris scored 14 points with 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, and 1 block. Grant scored 14 points with 5 rebounds. All Nuggets starter had above +15 ratings in a game.  


Bench Players 


Porter Jr. scored only 2 points with 7 boards, Plumlee scored 1 point, Craig added 6 points with 6 boards and Morris made 5 points in a game. 


Clippers' Scorers 


Kawhi scored 14 points, 6 assists, 6 boards, 2 steals, and 1 block, Kawhi's shooting was very bad in this game with 6-22 and 2-7 3-PT FG. Beverley made 11 points with 5 boards, 6 assists, 3 steals, and 1 assist. Paul George was very bad in shooting as he made only 4 shots out of 16 and 3 3-pointers out of 11. Zubac and Morris scored 6 and 7 points respectively.

In the absence of Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer in the US Open, Dominic Thiem was the favorite to win US Open with Novak Djokovic. Dominic did it in a way and it was not easy for him. Dominic Thiem is the first player in 71 years to win a final just after dropping the first two sets of a game. He faced young talent Alexander Zverev who is the future of tennis and definitely going to win many majors in tennis with his talent. 


Dominic Thiem won a thrilling game with 2-6, 4-6, 6-4, 6-3, 7-6. This is Thiem's 4th Grandslam appearance and he won a major championship after losing 3 finals. Dominic Thiem becomes the first Austrian to win US Open men's singles championships.


Set 1


Both players took their first game in a set but Zverev was able to break Thiem's serve in the third game. Zverev had 2 break points but Thiem was able to save one. In the next point, Thiem made a mistake and he put a ball into a net. Zverev won the third game and took a lead by breaking Dominic Theim's s service. Zverev broke the 7th game of a set on Dominic service. Zverev took the game and first set with an ace. First set Zverev 6-2


Set 2


Zverev got the first breakpoint in the second set with a fabulous shot, Dominic had no chance to give respond to that shot of Zverev. Dominic gave away a game by putting a shot out of line. Zverev broke the 5th game of Dominic serve and after that Zverev had a chance to take a set in 8th game on Dominic Serve but Dominic survived in that game. Zverev's backhand shot was too powerful for Dominic to handle and Dominic hit a ball into a net. Zverev took the second set 6-4. 


Set 3


In the set 3, Zverev broke 3rd game of a set on Dominic's serve, and in the next game, Dominic broke back Zverev's serve to level a set with 2-2. Dominic Thiem started a comeback in a match as he took the 10th game of Zverev's serve and the 3rd set in a match. Dominic took the third set. Dominic 1 - Zverev 2 after 3 sets.


Set 4


Both players were able to hold their services in the first 5 games of a set 4. What an outstanding play by Dominic in the 6th game of a set to get breakpoint. 8th game of a set, Dominic Thiem broke Zverev's serve. Thiem got a game and a set when Zverev hit a ball into a net at the 9th game of a set. Dominic won the fourth set by 6-3. He tied a set 2-2 


Set 5 


 Dominic Thiem broke Zverev's service in the first game of a fifth set. Dominic gave a second game with a double fault. Zverev had a breakpoint in the 8th game of a set and took a game and lead of 5-3 in a set but Dominic had other ideas and he took back to serve and broke Zverev. Dominic broke 11th game on Zverev Serve and took a 6-5 lead with serve but Zverev broke serve and tied a game at 6-6. Match went into a tie-breaker. 


Tie Breaker


Zverev took a lead in the tie break on Dominic serve but he couldn't hold this momentum as he gave away points with a double fault. Zverev once again gave a point with a double fault to Dominic Thiem. Dominic Thiem missed opportunities to get championship when he had two championship points. and Zverev tied in a tiebreaker at 6-6. Dominic Thiem got championship when Zverev hit a ball outside of the foul line.

Denver Nuggets become the first team in NBA history which faced 4 straight seven-game playoff series after getting a win in the 6th game of a series against the Clippers. Denver Nuggets already faced this situation and they made it through it. In the last series against Utah, they were behind 3-1 and won a series. 


Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray are the pillars of this Denver Nuggets team and they proved it right in this game. Jokic and Murray got a rating of +9 and +14 in a game. Michael Porter Jr is playing very well in this series which is the best part of the Nuggets success of the series. Jamal Murray scored 21 points with 69.2% in a game. 



Denver Nuggets shot a ball with a field goal percentage of 54.1% by making 40 of 74. and very good from the 3 point line with making 12 out of 25 shots with a shooting percentage of 48%. 


4:46 to go in the second quarter, Los Angeles Clippers had only 2 points lead in a game but the Clippers made a 16-2 run in the last 5 minutes of the second quarter to take  16 points to lead in the first half.  


At the starting of a 3rd quarter, Clippers got 19 points lead with Paul George making a 3-pointer. Jokic made a wonderful pass to Harris with a great look pass to cut a lead to only a point. Denver Nuggets made 17-0 in 5 minutes when 3:28 remaining in a quarter.  What a move by Murray to surprize Paul George and finished a play with a dunk. 


Tonny Craig tied a game on Jokic's wonderful pass at 79-79 in starting of the fourth quarter. Tony Craig was wide open to hit a 3-pointer and he made it which gave 3 points lead to the Clippers when 11 minutes to go in the fourth quarter. Jokic's back to back 3-pointers extended a lead to 7 points and also took a game away from the Clippers. 6:58 to go, Porter Jr. banged a side step 3 for 5 points lead to Denver Nuggets. 4:45 to go in the fourth quarter, Garry Harris drained a 3-pointer which gave 10 points lead to Denver Nuggets. Denver Nuggets made 62-30 runs in two-quarters of play to take a game away from the Clippers. Nikola Jokic scored 11 points in the fourth quarter.

Jokic scored 34 points with 14 rebounds, 7assists, 1 steal, 1 block with 5 turnovers. Jamal Murray scored 21 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steal with only one turn over. Harris added 16 points with 2 boards, 4 assists and 4 steals with +9 ratings in a game. 


Bench Players 


Michael Porter Jr. dropped 13 points with 7 rebounds and 1 blocks with a +12 rating. Craig scored 7 points with 5 boards. Morris added 10 points coming off the bench.

Paul George led a way in scoring for the Clippers with 33 points, 6 boards, 3 assists, a huge number of steals with 5, and 1 block. Kawhi Leonard dropped 25 points with 8 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block.

Naomi Osaka, She is just 22 years old and already won 3 major titles with two US Opens and one Australian Open. She won first US Open back in 2018 and the Australian Open in 2019. After two years she did it again and win another US Open. She is playing for Japan. 


She played like a warrior and she has a tough mentality just like Nadal. She won the 2020 US Open and how she won it, This should have happened with the stadium full of crowds. Osaka wore different masks honoring victims of racial injustice and police brutality in each round of the tournament.


Osaka is the first player who won a title after losing the first set of a match since 1994 which is before 25 years. No one did this in the last 25 years until Osaka able to do it in this US Open final.  


Set 1


Osaka made an unforced error by hitting a ball outside of a line to give the first break to Azarenka. Azarenka won the second game in a set without giving any point. Azarenka went ahead in a set with 2-0. Osaka won the third game of a set with an unforced error by Azarenka. After this Azarenka took 4 games and take a set 6-1. 


Set 2


Azarenka took the first game in a set with ease. In the second game, Azarenka got 2 breakpoints with going ahead 15-40 on Osaka's serve and took the second game with 3 consecutive points. Azarenka took the first 2 games in a second set. Azarenka had a chance to extend a lead to 3-0 but Osaka made comeback and took the third game by breaking the serve of Azarenka. Osaka took his serving game and tied at 2-2. In the seventh game of a set Azarenka made a mistake and Osaka got a breakpoint. Azarenka hit a ball out of the line and Osaka took game 7 and 4-3 lead in a set. Osaka took her serving game and once again she broke Azarenka's serve to take a set with 6-3. Azarenka had game points in game 9 of a set but she also missed this opportunity. Osaka took the last game of a set with hard-hitting shots.   


Set 3


Osaka took the first game of a set with a perfect online shot. Osaka broke the 4th game of Azarenka's serve in a set with her powerful hitting and took a 3-1 lead in a set. Once again in Azarenka had a chance to come back in a game but she missed it. She was ahead with 0-40 on Osaka's serve with 3 breakpoints but Osaka got back breakpoints and take the 5th game of a set. Osaka took 5 consecutive points to take a game 5 of a set. Azarenka got a breakpoint in a game 7 of a set and this time she was successful to take a game but Osaka took back 8th game of a set by breaking Azarenka's serve and in the next game on her own serve she took the game, set, and match to become the champion of US Open. 


Osaka won a game and championship against Azarenka with 1-6, 6-3, 6-3.  


After the game, Osaka said," It was a really tough match, but inspiring as I used to watch you(Azarenka) play here when I was younger. So just to have the opportunity to play is really great and I learned a lot. I thought it would be very embarrassing to lose in under an hour, so I had t stop having a Bad Attitude, and the point was to make people start talking. "
